The Disposables "the Disposables EP"
Loud Magazine 2003
A lot of people would probably think that the Disposables EP wouldn't be up my alley. If someone were to have described it to me before I actually listened to it, I would have probably agreed with that, too. To my surprise, these guys seem like the real deal. Pissed off, loud and ramshackle, the Disposables are a kind of a old school punk and bad-ass rock. Charles Davis' voice is out of this world and none of this music sounds forced, watered down or affected. This EP comes on like a train and doesn't let up for its entire, glorious 17 minutes. So grab it if you see it and rock out.
